Once financing is approved , appraisal is met, and title is clear the file is ready for closing! Closing can be completed in person at the title company, Southern Hills Realty office in Plano, or any remote location of your choosing such as your current home, coffee shop, etc. The transaction will "fund" a few business hours after all parties sign closing docs and the home is officially yours.
